There are two ways to publish a post to your website from BrandWell

1. How to Publish Posts from RankWell to Your Website Using an Integration

After you install and activate our WordPress plugin, publish a post to WordPress by updating its post status to Published.

All corresponding statuses between RankWell and WordPress will be synced. If a status in RankWell doesn't have a corresponding status in WordPress, it won't sync. Only the matching statuses will sync.

Below is a map of all the post statuses and their corresponding WordPress statuses:

By design, some post statuses on RankWell (lefthand side of the status map above) do not have a corresponding post status on WordPress. For example, if your post status is Straight Outta AI, your post will not appear on WordPress.

After you link your Shopify store using our Shopify integration, publish a post by updating its post status.

If you are not using our WordPress or our Shopify integration, publish your content to your site by copy/pasting it.

When using the copy/paste method to publish your content from BrandWell to your website, it is recommended you copy/paste the HTML.

Go to your Unified Editor and click Publish in the lower-right corner of your dashboard. Click Export.

You'll get a list of export options. Click View HTML Code.

You'll get your post's HTML code, which you can then copy and paste on your website.

When you're done publishing your content, it's time to write your next post.
