The Dashboard is a vital tool for monitoring activity and engagement within our platform. Understanding the metrics displayed on the dashboard is crucial for effectively managing and analyzing user interactions.

Upon signing in to your account, your Dashboard will be displayed automatically.

The Post Created count on the dashboard reflects the total number of posts generated within the selected timeframe. It provides a simple and direct measure of the volume of content produced during that period. This metric is valuable for assessing overall content generation and tracking trends over time.

The graph below shows the number of posts worked by day.

The Posts By Stage shows the posts categorized by their status per year.

You can also see the number of posts categorized by their status for a particular month or week as determined by your applied date filter. It also shows a percentage comparison to the previous time frame.

The Leaderboard section of the dashboard showcases user interactions with posts. These interactions encompass various actions such as changing post statuses, editing content, updating feature images, and more. It's important to note that the auto-save function does not count as an interaction in this context.

Post Creation Count vs. Leaderboard Interactions

The distinction between the Post Created count and the leaderboard interactions is crucial. While the Post Created count reflects the sheer quantity of content generated, the leaderboard provides insight into user engagement and activity levels within the platform.
